Lismore & Company - Who we are    

Lismore & Company, the Business Recovery arm of Lismore Group was established in 1992 by Walter Lismore and he is our in-house Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

The company was formed following the establishment of legislation in Northern Ireland introducing legally binding Voluntary Arrangements whereby Individuals, Sole Traders, Partnerships and Companies could resolve their financial difficulties without entering Bankruptcy, Receivership or Liquidation.

Walter Lismore is a member of the following relevant professional organizations -

• Member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association

• Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals

• Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management

• Member of INSOL International

 All of our professional staff are members of one or more of the above Professional Bodies.
